Case Presentation: 29-year-old female with severe vulvar edema associated with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. Conclusion: Local myrrh application for severe vulvar edema in ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome resulted in substantial improvement, and with further studies, myrrh could be used as an option for the management of vulvar edema. |
