Component Analysis of a Kind of Demulsifiable Polyoxyethylene and Polyoxpropylene Alkyl Ethers Sample

Popis: In order to analyze the degreasing effect of a demulsifiable polyoxyethylene and polyoxypropylene alkyl ether sample on the steel plates, the conductivity, acidity, particle size, infrared spectrum, ultraviolet spectrum, nuclear magnetic spectrum, degreasing rate and corrosion resistance of the demulsifiable polyoxyethylene and polyoxypropylene alkyl ether sample were analyzed in detail. Results showed that the main component of the sample was non - anionic and non - cationic surfactant. Polyoxyethylene and propylene segments contained in polymer had similar structure and the properties with polyoxyethylene castor oil and OP - 10. Besides, it was an emulsifier with excellent surface activity, which could be applied to large - area degreasing surface treatment of steel plate.
