Popis:	Epithelial ovarian tumors are extremely rare in the pediatric age group. Mucinous cystadenocarcinoma in children, a rare form of epithelial tumor, is a malignant cystic ovarian neoplasm. To our knowledge, there are only five cases of mucinous cystadenocarcinoma reported in the English-language in the pediatric age. Here we present a case of an 11-year- old girl with a giant ovarian mucinous cystadenocarcinoma.
