| Popis: | The article deals with the methodological principles of comparative legal studies. The author suggests that only common essence objects may be compared. That is why the object of the comparative legal studies is national legal orders based on common system of principles. The end of the comparative legal studies is the research variety of positive law decisions different juridical problems within national legal orders under common principle approaches. |
