Popis: Nasopharyngeal cancer is frequently characterized by Epstein-Barr virus infection. Here, using genomic analyses, the authors find that the tumours harbour mutations in genes involved in the NF-κB signalling pathway or overexpress a viral oncoprotein, latent membrane protein 1.
