There are relatively few studies into the uric acid biosensors that are modified with silver nanomaterials, have high selectivity for analytes and are potentiometric uric acid biosensors. Howerver, many studies have shown that using nanomaterials can possibly results in a greatly enhanced sensitivity. For this reason, it helps better keep the activity of an enzyme. In this study, we used the silver nanowires (AgNWs) to modify the NiO uric acid biosensor, which improved the sensing characteristic of the biosensor. Adding the silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) could not only increase the adsorption with the enzyme but also keep the activity of an enzyme. These two silver nanomaterials were modified in the biosensor. This greatly improves the sensitivity help maintain the activity of the enzyme. Besides, we modified the calibration circuit for the drift effect and hysteresis effect. Based on the results, using the calibration circuits could improve the drift rate and the hysteresis voltage of the NiO flexible arrayed uric acid biosensors. This at least improved the drift rate by about 70 %, the hysteresis voltage by about 20 %, respectively. |
