Purpose. The article is devoted to the identification, description and analysis of phraseological units containing names of the internal organs of a person. The subject of the analysis is the phraseological units of the Russian language with splachnonymic vocabulary. The author aims to consider the identified phraseological units from the perspective of linguistic pragmatics. Methodology. The basis of the research is formed by the analysis and synthesis of empirical material, its generalization and classification, as well as definitional analysis. Results. The results of the work consist in the fact that somatic phraseological units were classified regarding to the intentions of the speaker. The selected units for linguistic analysis were described using the basic principles of linguistic pragmatics. Somatic units with direct and hidden effects on the recipient of information were defined. Practical implications. The results of the study can be applied in further research works related to the study of phraseological units containing somatisms in their composition, specifically the name of the internal organs of a person. |
