Popis:	It is the author's opinion that within the framework of the topic being researched it is of first importance that constitutional provisions securing inviolability of dignity of the human person, provisions on the State’s obligations to protect this fundamental panhuman value represent crucial step in the development of the Russian constitutionalism. It is noted that the ultimate aim of the State’s existence and activity is protection of Human rights and freedoms, and dignity.
