| Popis: | The article defines the limits of the exercise and protection of the exclusive rights of the patentee, taking into account the peculiarities of relations arising in the patent area, and the actions of the patentee that may lead to the violation of the limits on the exercise of exclusive rights. The article examines topical issues of implementation of law on the prohibition of the right holder through refusal to an individual, which appealed in order to get access to the intellectual property. It is concluded that the exclusive right is the ability to execute control through the powers of the ban on commercial use of potent protected object. |
