| Popis: | Among the means of proof and affirmation aimed at proving news or confirming a determination, it is considered and involves many issues that arise in daily life. This study examined one of the aspects of the oath related to electoral operations, aimed at studying what is related to the voter's oath in terms of definition and legitimacy. The study also addressed the conditions of the voter's oath as a sworn oath, and explained what is related to the entitlement of the candidate to vote for him and the oath on that, as well as the ruling of the divorce oath. It also studied what is related to the strong oath, while linking the above to the actual work of the candidates and voters. One of the most important recommendations of the study was to pay attention to the rulings of the oath by incorporating them into the curricula and sermons, and to enact legislation that limits vote-buying as it is considered a corruption to the elections and an environment to compel voters to take the oath. |
