Objective To explore the effect of PDCA cycle in the early rehabilitation nursing of patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods Totally 65 patients with acute ischemic stroke received from February to October 2019 were included as the control group, and 60 patients with acute ischemic stroke received from November 2019 to July 2020 were included as the study group. The control group was given routine care. In the study group, the PDCA cycle was established and early rehabilitation nursing interventions according to the four stages of Plan- Do- Check-Action were carried out. The neurological impairment of patients was measured by China Stroke Scale (CSS). The activity of daily living of patients was evaluated by Brathel Index (BI). The hemiplegic motor function of patients was evaluated by Brunnstrom Scale.
