| Popis: | A number of legislative changes that occurred in Serbia in the context of strengthening gender equality, unfortunately failed to fully facilitate the path towards the realization of women's working, social, and thus economic rights. Transitional changes that Serbia is facing, yet, with it also resulted in the growth of unemployment and the difficult conditions of employment. The global economic crisis has only further deepened already existing problems in the labor market, especially for vulnerable groups on the same - primarily for women. The aim of this paper is to indicate the presence of gender inequality both in the sphere of work. |
