Popis:	Aneurysms in the upper extremity vascular system are rare and exceedingly uncommon in young infants. We present a case report of a 5-month-old infant with multiple aneurysms in proximal left ulnar artery. Trauma as etiology was ruled out based on history. Detailed investigation did not reveal any particular etiology. Surgical management involved excision of aneurysm and graft placement. Excision biopsy confirmed giant-cell arteritis on histopathology.
