Popis: | The arrival to Colombia of the Order of Brothers from the Christian Schools of La Salle took place in the context of the conservative influence and hegemony of the catholic Church in the education field. This process influenced the form of teaching in diferents scientific disciplines, as: grammar, math, calculus, geometry, biology, zoology, among others. Here will be treated the case of the Lasalian pedagogy, which illustrates the “systematic” and “Rational” way of teaching within methodical basis. To demonstrate those mentioned aspects, a ‘corpus’ of eighteen (18) arithmetic books by G.M. Bruño, which were published between 1900-1930, have been selected and subudued to a content analysis. |
