Oral care is a basic nursing activity central to patient comfort and well-being. This paper reviewed the clinical data of a patient with multiple organ dysfunction syndromes, and summarized the experience of oral care. Oral care with Traditional Chinese Medicine solution was carried out in addition to routine nursing, in order to improve the oral environment of the patient and reduce the risk of pulmonary infection. (口腔护理是基础护理的组成部分。本文回顾1例多脏器功能障碍综合征患者的临床资料, 总结口腔护理经验。治疗期间患者并发口腔黏膜破溃, 在常规口腔护理的基础上运用中药溶液进行口腔护理, 以改善口腔环境, 减少肺部感染的发生风险。) |
