Popis: Increased copy number alterations, indicative of chromosomal instability, is associated with poor cancer outcome. Here, metastatic colorectal cancer patients displaying intermediate-high CIN associate with improved outcome following chemotherapy and bevacizumab treatment, suggesting CIN as a predictive biomarker.
