Introduction: Fixed functional appliances are devices which are fixed and effective 24 hours a day with minimal patient compliance which is a major advantage of fixed functional appliance. PowerScope is the latest innovation in Class II Correction which is a direct derivative of the Herbst Type II appliance. Material and Methods: 10 Patients with Class II Malocclusion Who Required Orthodontic Treatment were selected from the department of orthodontics and dentofacial orthopaedics, Al-Ameen Dental College and Hospital, Vijaypura for the study. Lateral cephalograms prior to the commencement of the treatment were recorded of 10 patients. Further, lateral cephelograms were taken prior to placement and after removal of PowerScope.
