Popis: | In this paper an organizational management model of knowledge, in the field of the Colombian Pymes, is shown. According to the model, orga- nizational issues and technological support are integrated in order to promote the Pymes development and interactivity. The model includes a cultural change process to facilitate the continuous improvement (Kaizen philosophy) and strengthening of the Pymes based on their vision and mission; besides, by developing and implementing indicators, a continu- ous assessment mechanism to evaluate and optimize Pymes management is included in the model; this mechanism is adapted from the Excellence EFQM and European models for the implementation of knowledge man- agement systems in small and medium companies. |
