Popis:	The article addresses certain issues of principle of national procedural autonomy. The meaning of the principle is briefly explained at the beginning of the article. It is followed by analyses of examples of the application of this principle by Latvian courts after the judgments of Court of Justice of the European Union, as well application of the principle of procedural autonomy by Latvian courts on their own initiative.
