Popis: An intelligent optical detection and remote monitoring system is designed based on the principle of physical optics. The system uses a microcontroller unit to control the polarizer movement, and uses the photosensitive sensor to detect the light intensity. It can detect the optical characteristics of different substances accurately. Furthermore the system is used for the actual detection on common situation of honey adulteration, the results can tell whether the honey is adulterated and determine the type of adulteration. Meanwhile it designs a remote monitoring system which is based on Android and PHP in order to support an effective remote supervision on the quality of samples.
