| Popis: | Ethyl ethers of N-[4-(isoindoline-5-yl)amino-4-oxobutyryl]-D,L-β-substituted-β-alanines were synthesized. Estimation of antiaggregatory activity of the compounds obtained has showed that the compounds possess an oral activity ex vivoin mice with the use of human rich platelet plasma. |
