Personnel education is one of the major goals of healthcare management. Considering moving towards digital healthcare education of capable and motivated for innovative technologies development personnel is very important. Educational programs of BMPPs and Sechenov University and psychological tests for creativity and innovative activities addiction were investigated. Personnel multidisciplinary educational system was developed and implemented for in and biomedicine areas. Developed system provides quality education for personnel training fir digital healthcare. System of specialists selection and preparation established at Phystech is directed to personal development and leadership education and to support of talented students developing innovative technologies (in case of Biological and Medical Physics Phystech-school - innovative biomedical andpharma technologies). |
