Popis: Ballistic motion on nanometer scale of topological surface states has rarely been studied. Here, Maier et al. report pronounced geometric resistance resonances of high-mobility Dirac electrons in strained HgTe, suggesting a ballistic effect in three-dimensional topological insulators.
