The KAGB sets out the legal framework for the operation of "Sondervermögen fonds" and covers various aspects, including authorization, investment restrictions, custody and administration of assets, supervision, and regulatory measures. The paper describes the legal structure, regulatory requirements, and performance of "Sondervermögen fonds", highlighting their advantages over other investment vehicles. "Sondervermögen fonds" have become a significant tool for investors in Germany and are expected to continue playing a crucial role in the country's investment landscape. |
