Popis: Long-range spin transport is essential for spintronics applications, but so far has only been achieved in magnets below their Curie temperature. Here, the authors report on efficient spin transport in paramagnetic insulator Gd3Ga5O12 exposed to a moderate magnetic field exhibiting a spin diffusion length of 1.8 μm.
