Moral qualifications assure the clearness of thelaws in the insurances, in the environment preservation, and in the honesty of banking system.There is a strong relation between the companys ethics and the personal ethics of employees.It means that both the manager and the workers are responsible for the ethics. The choice of theemployees should take into account their style of life (and their characteristics) to promise theethics in the business. |
