Popis:	Trichobezoar with Rapunzel syndrome is a rare condition seen in young females. Refeeding syndrome is a rare phenomenon that can occur in any chronically malnourished person after starting feeds. We discuss and review available literature of extremely rare cases of 11-year-old girl, with trichobezoar with refeeding syndrome with subacute intestinal obstruction in the postoperative period.
