Popis: ABSTRACT Cryptococcal disease (CD) is a leading cause of mortality among individuals with advanced HIV disease (AHD). Screening with serum cryptococcal antigen (sCrAg) lateral flow assay (LFA) enables early detection of subclinical disease but requires venipuncture and laboratory processing.
