| Popis: | This paper deals with compulsory labour as one of the fundamental civic duties in the function of the country's defence. The authors, considering the current regulations of the Republic of Serbia, as well as the ratified international treaties, endeavour to present the most significant aspects of this issue in a concise manner. Analysing the normative framework, also providing adequate comments and suggestions, the authors pay particular attention to the character of this obligation. |
