In the research, as a conclusion of conducted semi-structured interviews and focus group discussions, some issues of forest rangers have been addressed such as administration, personnel, personal rights and education being directly and indirectly related to job load. New regulations need to be made to reduce the workload of forest rangers. In order not to cause disruptions in the execution and follow-up of the works, the problem of lack of personnel in the forest management offices should be solved.
