Popis: The most effective way of strengthening reinforced concrete hydrotechnical constructions is the external reinforcement by composite materials based on carbon fibers. A method for calculating the strength of reinforced concrete hydrotechnicalerections with reinforcing by carbon fiber composite materials was innovated.
