Popis: | The article deals with the approval of the methodology for analyzing problems of personnel outsourcing by a provider company as well as the development of recommendations based on the problems revealed. The study aims at solving the identified possible problems that are typical for outsourcing companies, in particular: presence of withdrawn orders; reduction in the share of orders for employment in permanent projects of qualified categories of personnel; reduction in the share of orders for temporary personnel; difficulties with retaining customers; long time to fill vacancies with qualified workers. These problems are identified based on the analysis of breaking down the orders by reasons of withdrawal; number of closed personnel orders for temporary employment and permanent vacancies; number of companies by duration of cooperation; terms of filling vacancies by type of position; average time for filling 1 vacancy, depending on the category of personnel and the rank of the recruiter. Based on the problems identified during the analysis, recommendations for calculating possible cost of implementing the suggested measures is developed and substantiated. The measures include improving the quality of social networks, advertising your own brand; providing legal support for contractual cooperation; developing a system of discounts for services or rendering additional services; introducing HR management systems, etc. The calculations of the forecast values of the company’s performance indicators after the implementation of the suggested measures are presented, and the possible social effect is described. It is assumed that the forecast economic effect will be characterized by a 5.6 % increase in the company’s profit proportionally to the increase in the amount of expenses as well as an increase in the net profit. |
