Antrochoanal polyps most often present with nasal obstruction and rhinorrhea, but may rarely prolapse causing acute respiratory distress. We present a case of emergent pediatric airway obstruction due to a large antrochoanal polyp, treated with functional endoscopic sinus surgery. |
