Popis: | Desorption of cesium atoms in an electric field from the carbonized rhenium field emitter was investigated by the field desorption microscopy. The effect of the concentration of cesium atoms on the voltage and on the distribution of emission centers on the surface of the emitter is studied. It is shown that rhenium carburization can lead to a surface modification with the formation of carbon nanostructures. |
