Popis: This study carried out at the Polytechnic School of Chimborazo (ESPOCH) addresses the problems identified in the institutional diagnosis, which is reflected in the results of the indicators of institutional evaluation, through which it is intended to structure a management model of human talent, that enables to make its processes more dynamic and achieve its institutional objectives to improve the institutional accreditation indicators, the proposal is based on the alternatives stated by: Chiavenato, 2008 (permanent feedback of the processes);Beer, 1989 (participation, engagement); Yonque,2002 (constant improvement); and Tobar, 1999 (to be, to do and to be). For which it was necessary to apply the Delphi method; and the analysis and assessment of experts, where the indicators related to human talent are determined, on the basis of this, it was proposed a model that considers the application of various alternatives and legal instruments that enables its proper implementation. With this, it is intended to have educational services in an efficient, effective and economical way, providing satisfaction to internal and external customers, as well as achieving better rates of assessment indicators for university accreditation, which are essential elements to reach the quality and academic excellence.
