Popis:	Although laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy (LPD) is safe and widely used in clinical practice, pancreaticojejunostomy is still one of the most challenging parts of LPD surgery. We introduce a simpler method of pancreaticoenterostomy which reduces the technical complexity and produces acceptable results.
