Popis: | . Purpose: to give a comparative description of the morphological features, functional and psychophysiological capabilities of representatives of different types of climbing. Material and methods. Twenty-six sportsmen took part in the study, 10 of them were international masters of sports, specializing in speed climbing, 10 masters of international sports, specializing in climbing complexity and 6 international bouldering classes. Research methods: theoretical analysis and generalization of literature sources, anthropometric research methods, physiological methods of research, pedagogical testing, psychophysiological research methods, mathematical and statistical methods. Results. The results of testing elite sportsmen, specializing in various types of rock climbing, are analyzed. It was revealed that body length is significantly higher in representatives of high-speed lasagna and bouldering in comparison with representatives climbing difficulty; The hip circumference is the largest in the representatives of high-speed lasagna; On the level of functional readiness the best indicators for climbers, specializing in climbing on difficulty. A factor structure of the preparedness of climbers, specializing in various types of climbing, has been discovered. Conclusions. It has been revealed that different types of climbing put forward various requirements for the development of physical fitness components: high-speed climbing is more conducive to the development of explosive force and speed endurance, and climbing difficulty is more conducive to the development of power endurance over long time intervals. Taken in the study for comparison, bouldering promotes the development of explosive strength and strength endurance over short time intervals. |
