The design and engineering application of prognostic and health management(PHM)system for military aircraft has the problems of design standards deficiency,high complexity and low accuracy.The three-dimensional multiphase iterative design criterion is proposed by design requirements analysis of data,structure and function dimensions of PHM system.A three-in-one design architecture is proposed,which is combined with real-time health management based on embedded system,knowledge logic visualization based on knowledge graph,and PHM system modeling based on model-based system engineering(MBSE).The results show that the design architecture achieves 5.63 times of acceleration and 82.7% reduction of power consumption,and improves the traceability of PHM system knowledge and design requirement management. |
