Popis: Imaging liquid phase exfoliated nanosheets on suspended graphene via annular dark-field STEM can enable identification of various defects, vacancies and their migration. Here, the authors report matching of zigzag edges of monolayer PbI2 with graphene arm-chairs leading to a phase shift from 1 T to 1 H structure to maximize commensuration of the lattices.
