Popis:	Abstract We report the initial 5‐year follow‐up of a novel mini‐invasive procedure for epicardial ablation for the treatment of atrial fibrillation. The initial 5‐year survival rate is acceptable and comparable with that of hybrid ablation. And this shared procedure has the advantages of shorter operation time and less surgical trauma.
