Popis: | Multiindustry corporations represent the amalgamation of a large number of business entities of various legal forms (legal entities and individuals) in order to more effectively conduct a common business. At the same time, economic entities that are parts of the corporation retain their independence, but coordinate their activities with one another in order to obtain a systemic (synergistic) effect. This means that a corporation is a super complex nonlinear system. At present, the problem of modeling such systems has not been solved in the theory of automatic and automated control and in multivariate analysis. Therefore, management of such management objects is carried out on the basis of intuition, experience and professional competence of top managers, especially a head of a corporation. At the same time, today artificial intelligence technologies can be used to enhance the capabilities of top managers. In the scientific literature the question of the use of intellectual systems, in particular cognitive technologies (cognitivistics) for the management of corporations has not been practically covered. The article is aimed to complete this gap. |
