Popis:	A new method was developed to perform prolonged brachial plexus block with almost 100% effectiveness. It was also shown in 44 patients to be 33 % safer for local complications and 11,3 % safer for general complications than common used supraclavicular Winnie block (42 patients in control group, received opiates and NSAID for post-operative analgesia). This new method of analgesia allows effective rehabilitation after elbow arthroplasty to be started on the first day after the surgery.
