Popis:	This paper presents a general view of status and spatial distribution and preservation of buildings in consequence of tourism development in Crisan village using the method of functional mapping. The functional mapping is based on field observation of every building in Crisan village and represents starting point forcontinuative questioning concerning the displacement of residential housing through touristic utilization, quantitative questioning and qualitative changes to village structure due tourism activity and also changes regarding local architectural line of buildings. Through functional mapping snapshots of development and irregularities are put on record. In this context a careful analysis of problem areas can be a starting point for local stakeholders to allow for specific intervention in this dynamic.
