New technical decisions for increase of efficiency the layers test in the conditions of high pressure and temperature

Popis: Reliability of packer application opened the wells barrel during testing in the process of the boring drilling straight influences on quality of whole test. This is especially important to arrive at a test in difficult geologo-technological terms – in the conditions of high pressure and temperature overfalls, when the overfall of pressure can make 25 MPa and anymore. In such terms the packers rubber element flows under support, collapses, pressurizing of wells barrel is as a result violated during a test. In this connection authors are develop packer, which provides the reliable ceiling of circular space of deep and super-deep wells. It is carried out due to that the packers rubber element consists of two parts, placed on stock, thus a lower rubber element is hardly related to lower support from below and by support from above, which simultaneously is lower support for an overhead rubber element which from above co-operates with mobile, hardly fastened, on stock overhead support; thus the surface of support has a form of hyperboloid of rotation, eventual part of which, that has a most diameter, answers the most diameter of overhead support which answers the diameter of packers rubber elements. The packers construction is executed at the level of Ukraine patent an invention and brought to the register of the best inventions of Ukraine. During the lead through of works from the test of layers in production terms offered on 17 objects a rubber element provided the reliable ceiling of wells circular space and kept the integrity during tests 5–6 objects, that considerably diminishes expenses on a test.
