| Popis: | Objective: To determine the impact of Primary Percutaneous Coronary Intervention on Atrioventricular Blocks with Acute STElevation Myocardial Infarction. Study Design: Analytical Cross-sectional study. Place and Duration of Study: Armed Forces Institute of Cardiology/National Institute of Heart Disease, Rawalpindi Pakistan, from Apr, 2023 to Sep, 2023. Methodology: A total of one hundred and fifty patients diagnosed with acute ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction (STEMI) who presented with AVB symptoms were enrolled in the study. Non-probability Consecutive Sampling technique was used. Data was collected prospectively using a questionnaire, and Daily Electrocardiography (ECG) monitoring was performed.
