| Popis: | BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE: Scientific Olympiads, with an emphasis on deep understanding of text contents, creativity, problem-solving and teamwork skills, can help and reinforce societies to solve future problems. This study aimed to evaluate the role of the Fifth National Medolympiad in empowering and building loyalty from the appointees’ point of view. METHODS: This cross sectional study was conducted in the summer of 2013. The study population were the candidates of the fifth national medolympiad among the medical universities around the country who were selected in the census as the study samples.
