Seepage Testing System with Circulating Water Supply for Broken Rock

Popis: In order to overcome the difficulties such as intermittent water supply, failure to collect particles accurately and low degree of automation in the existing seepage testing system for broken rock, this paper designs a seepage testing system with circulating water supply for broken rock. It is mainly composed of four parts: axial loading and control system, seepage apparatus, water pressure control system and data acquisition system. The maximum axial load is 200 kN, the maximum seepage pressure is 10 MPa, the diameter of sample is 100 mm, and the height is 150-200 mm. In addition, the system has the following characteristics: the design of alternate water supply device can realize circulating water supply, and it is used to study the broken rock with strong permeability and long period of pore structure adjustment. Using the mass flow meter and electronic scale, the real-time collection of lost mass is realized. Using multiple servo control systems and control program, automatic control of the test process was realized. Finally, the performance of the system is verified by the seepage test of the broken sandstone under compaction, and the test results show that the system can meet the test requirements well.
