| Popis: | The Spanish urban law, configured by the old time Land Law of 1956 to the current Consolidated Text of the Land use Law and Urban Rehabilitation, has had a decisive change, the incorporation of Integrated Sustainable Urban Development (ISUD) as the backbone of the urban planning instruments. Their omission or non-compliance of the mechanisms that allow fulfilling it, may lead to the full nullity of those instruments and the consequent loss of their legal effectiveness. Therefore, this article analyses its evolution and identifies the perspectives, determinations, studies and reports that currently characterize it, in order to achieve a sustainable and integrated society. |
