Popis: In industrial practice, cylindrical worm gears are most often used due to their feasibility. In the literature, much attention has been paid to determining the helical surface of worms of such transmissions. Globoidal worm gearboxes are much less frequently used due to technological difficulties. Come on, the globoidal worm ensures simultaneous cooperation of a larger number of teeth and the location of the teeth contact line is more favorable. Therefore, the following is an analytical method for the description of a globoid surface by turning and by a finger milling method.
