Popis: Senescent cells can promote tumour progression through the activation of a senescenceassociated secretory phenotype (SASP). Here, the authors show that SASP activation is associated with non-cell autonomous cell transformation and tumour initiation in an in vivo model of adamantinomatous craniopharyngioma.
